City Farm Events provides friendly, thorough professional planning, coordination and management for weddings and events small and large in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the North Shore and Greater Boston.
We do the work so you don't have to. We love farm, field and barn parties, food focused corporate events, and small and intimate affairs from 10-100 guests. Our clients appreciate quality without pretension and our easy, collaborative style. We work with clients to ease the planning process, take the tasks of their plate and produce successful events.
City Farm Events was borne out of years of catering and events at farms, orchards, elegant barns, lakeside camps, fields and country homes, as well as for business, offices, hospitals and academic institutions, in Vermont and New Hampshire.
We bring our style, knowledge and experience to you as City Farm Events based in Andover, Massachusetts. We provide full service event management and consultation, catering and rental coordination.
Our management services include helping you to determine and plan the details, assisting in selecting vendors, addressing the unique demands of farm, field and barn events and weddings. We work with your vendors to fulfill your event design. We guide the planning, organizing and fulfilling of all details and coordinate vendors and timelines. And of course we answer questions, solve problems and provide information, guidance and support throughout the planning process.
We use our extensive catering experience to curate fantastic meals from your favorite restaurants or to help guide your caterer selections and menu development for any event.
